Blueberry Breakfast Cake

1 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
2 c. blueberries

mix all ingredients and spoon in greased 9x13 pan.

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

mix until crumbly and sprinkle over cake. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.

Glaze:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
1 1/2 - 2 t. hot water

mix and drizzle over cake while hot.

Cinnamon Breakfast Cake

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. shortening
2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Mix ingredients and spoon into greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.

Topping:
3 T. butter, softened
1/2 t. cinnamon
4 T. flour
6 T. sugar

Mix topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
